FUNCTION - Executive Direction and Control
OBJECTIVES
- To provide direction, control, supervision and management of municipal affairs.
- To provide the necessary leadership in the implementation of local projects.
- To coordinate the activities of the different departments so as to achieve the over-all goals.
- To see to it that all laws, decrees, letter of instructions, ordinances are implemented.
- To coordinate the implementation of technical services rendered.
FUNCTIONS AND GENERAL WORK PROGRAM
- Executive management and administrative services.
- Planning and program coordinator
- Evaluation and review of works program of the different offices.
- Executive budget preparation
- Assistance and supervision to barangay officials
- Execution of contracts and deeds.
- Enforcement of laws and ordinances.
- Maintenance of peace and order.
- Appointment of all officers and employees.
- Preparation of annual report.
